Privacy Policy

Goldflower is a research project. We take privacy seriously and keep data collection to the absolute minimum required to deliver the service.

What we collect

We collect one piece of personal data: your email address. Nothing else — no name, no payment details, no browsing profile, no device fingerprint.

How we use it

Your email address is used for one purpose only: to send you the daily portfolio digest you subscribed to. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing, or any other purpose.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.
• We never use your data to build a behavioural profile.
• We never send unsolicited email beyond the digest you requested.

Unsubscribe

Every digest email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes your address from all future sends immediately and permanently. You can also email george@goldflowercapital.com and we will remove you within 24 hours.

Data storage

Your email address is stored in AWS DynamoDB in the us-east-1 region (Northern Virginia, United States), encrypted at rest using AWS-managed keys. We retain your data only while you are subscribed. Upon unsubscribe, your record is deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, session counts). GA4 uses cookies. No personal data is shared with Google through this integration — IP anonymisation is enabled. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request that we delete your data.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing of your data.

Changes to this policy
